    The Corporate Quality Network is looking for an intern!

    Responsibilities include but are not be limited to:

    – Collaborate with team members to develop and enable fault isolation capabilities for new products to meet product and program requirements.

    – Utilize ATE tester, custom debug test setups, and electronic test equipment parametric analyzers, oscilloscopes, TDR, etc to perform electrical characterization of failures.

    – Utilize architecture, logic, circuit design, test and diagnosis tools to analyze and localize the fail circuit

    – Utilize fault isolation techniques with optical probers and others to localize the physical defect locations.

    – Work with Physical Failure Analysis teams to identify defect mechanism and collaborate with requests to drive corrective action or root cause fix

    – Support development or improvement of fault isolation process and lab infrastructure.

    Qualifications

    You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    – The candidate must be pursuing a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics or related field.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    – Strong education background in transmission line theory, radio frequency, circuit analysis, electromagnetic field computation and simulation.

    – Electrical characterization experience in TDR, VNA, parametric analyzers, digital oscilloscope, signal generator.

    – Fluent in one or more programming language such as Matlab, C and scripting with Python.

    – Experience and skills on fault Isolation preferred with circuit design and layout analysis, boundary scan and test pattern generation.
