You need to check out our rapidly growing El Segundo-based SaaS company that is hiring full-time and part-time associates in sales and customer success. As Sales & Customer Success Associates, time will be allocated between representing and implementing our products and services to new and existing customers according to the needs of the business and the requirements of your personal development plan.

    The sales representation role will entail:

    • Cold call prospective opportunities using our database and other methods to develop relationships that will result in sales demonstrations.
    • Review and analyze market data to develop and implement business plans and utilize company resources to maximize sales effectiveness.
    • Understand our client/prospects organizational dynamics and probe to discover needs and key decision makers.
    • Coordinate processes with internal, external and/or third parties when necessary.
    • Participate in regular structured sales and business training programs to improve sales performance.
    • Learn our strategy, vision, mission, values, and products.

    The customer success role will entail:

    • Execute daily applicant support and customer support operations including responding to questions and following up on reported issues.
    • Escalate support issues to our team members and management as appropriate.
    • Respond promptly to incoming phone calls and Email support requests.
    • Master the companys telephone systems, email, and other tools required to accurately perform applicant and customer support activities.
    • Learn our strategy, vision, mission, values, and products.

    Desired Skills & Experience

    A successful candidate will possess the following key personal attributes:

    • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and is extremely motivated.
    • Ability to present products/services in a compelling, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.
    • Shows strong personal initiative and good people management/relationship skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication ability.
    • Knowledge of MS Office and related web applications.
    • Outstanding decision making and analytical skills.
    • Enjoys networking and meeting new people and has an outgoing personality.
    • Degree from major 4 year college/university required for all full time positions.

    Note: Part-time internship hours are up to 30 hours per week while attending university classes. We offer flexible work hours as your classes change each semester as part of our formal training program.
