    We have an opening for a Summer Intern on our Talent Acquisition team. Undergraduate students will be considered for a full-time, 10-12 week paid internship in the Los Angeles office.

    Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

    Summer Associate Program:

    • Assist with coordinating logistics of firm-wide Summer Associate trainings;
    • Upload and maintain reference materials on the Firm’s internal portal;
    • Assist with survey development and distribution;
    • Serve as a liaison with Creative, Business Development, Diversity and Pro Bono departments on various projects;
    • Help manage Recruiting Twitter and Facebook accounts, as well as Law Students webpage to maximize publicity and firm presence on campus.

    On Campus Interviews:

    • Assist with drafting outlook invitations to interviewing attorneys and tracking responses;
    • Partner with the Firm’s travel agent to manage hotel reservations for interviewing attorneys nationwide;
    • Draft memos detailing interview program logistics;
    • Coordinate shipping of marketing materials and signage to hospitality suites at interview programs nationwide;
    • Communicate with law school career services teams to update and adjust interview schedules, as needed;
    • Complete post-program surveys detailing interview outcomes; and
    • Support Talent Acquisition efforts to maintain up-to-date and accurate data in the firm’s recruiting database.

    Qualifications:

    • Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (preferred);
    • Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task;
    • Must have a positive attitude and be a team player;
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
