    Program Details:

  • Overview of PMCs portfolio of businesses and strategic priorities
  • Introduction to Strategic Planning, M&A, and Competitive Intelligence
  • Investment deal structures (stock deals, asset deals, etc.) and their business, legal, tax, and valuation considerations
  • Due diligence across multiple functional areas
  • Preparation of presentations and analysis for review by senior management
  • Detailed research and analysis of markets and companies
  • Intern Contribution:

  • Completion of a project that will help PMC prioritize its investment and acquisition opportunities
  • Strategic analysis of market participants, including new entrants, traditional competitors, and investment firms
  • Financial analysis and modeling
  • Coordinate meetings between management team and external stakeholders (target management, bankers, PE firms, etc.)
  • Creation of acquisition/investment pipeline reports
  • Assistance with valuation analyses (discounted cash flow, comparable companies & transactions, precedent transactions)
  • Potential to participate in the assessment or execution of a live deal

  • Minimum 3.3 G.P.A

    Part-Time: 12 to 15 hours a week
