    Position Summary
    DocuSign is on a mission to help organizations simplify life for their customers and accelerate the process of doing business. Join DocuSign as an intern and spend your summer making a direct impact on how we go-to-market – supporting organizations on their digital journeys.

    This unique opportunity as a Product Marketing intern will give your career a head-start with great support from a collaborative team and experience advancing some of our most critical marketing initiatives. An internship with us will provide you with a strong foundaton for many areas of product marketing including competitive analysis, product launches, content strategy, sales enablement, customer marketing and a chance to collaborate with our product, sales, and marketing teams. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to wear multiple hats while working on valuable projects that are sure to impress future employers no matter what career path you choose.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop customer profiles and offer recommendations to drive improved targeting and product adoption
    • Anticipate trends and customer needs though primary and secondary research to help better differentiate our offerings
    • Build content foundation aligned to the buyer journey
    • Become a SME on specific user and buyer personas and evaluate opportunities on how to further increase customer success

    Basic Qualifications

    • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree to be completed by December 2018 or June 2019
    • Be able to commit to a full-time (40hrs / week) internship between June 2018 – August 2018
    • Experience working in technology companies, particularly start-ups, preferred

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Have foundational knowledge from your education in marketing strategy
    • Exceptional coordination, communication and execution skills
    • Highly motivated, proactive and able to solve diverse problems efficiently
    • Track record of success, reliability, and productivity in a fast-paced work environment
    • Skilled at performing and analyzing research using both primary and secondary sources
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Organization and project management
    • Proven team player and performer
    • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
    • Desire to learn, ask questions, and give/receive feedback
