    Job description

    This job requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8 USC 1324b(a)(3).

    You will be part of Infineon’s International Rectifier HiRel Products, Inc. division which markets components that meet particularly high demands and survive under extreme environmental conditions. Application areas include, space systems, commercial aviation, medical, oil and gas drilling, undersea telecommunication cable and defense technologies. IR HiRel offers a comprehensive portfolio of power management solutions with highly reliable, robust discretes and ICs, high temperature DC-DC converters, solid state relays and motor controllers.

    In this role you will:

    • Drive Supply Chain Strategy and Improvement for the business with goal of improving customer satisfaction and business flexibility while reducing cost and inventory requirements
    • Provide procurement support to Infineon Hi-Rel operations, creating purchase requisitions and purchase orders for production and MRO materials in SAP
    • Work in close collaboration with various cross-functional manufacturing, engineering, program management, suppliers, and other Infineon affiliated organizations
    • Support various sourcing and supply transactions by providing relevant data analytics and recommendations

    Profile

    You are best equipped for this task if you have:

    • Completed coursework in Supply Chain or Business Administration and are in the process of completing a BS/MBA degree from an accredited institution
    • Self-motivation and are proactive with demonstrating creative and critical thinking skills
    • Advanced skills in MS Excel
    • Held leadership roles in community or school organizations
    • A desire to influence your own career development
