    The candidate will be working as an intern in a highly skilled System debug team, also will work with other Senior Engineer/Technical lead to analyze and debug issues with the latest 4G Modem software based on ARM Cortex/Intel Architecture SoCs Intel’s mobile wireless handset platforms. The System debug team analyzes complex crash logs and core dumps in the software device drivers, boot code and operating system to debug failures reported from the field or lab verification setups.
    Excellent English communication skills is a must as high level of interaction with global experts and Customer teams is expected.

    Qualifications

    You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Must be pursuing a Masters degree in Computer Science / Electronics
    • Experience in:

    CPU Architecture ARM/IA and Operating System concepts.
    Embedded concepts such as Memory management, Caching, Exception handling is necessary.
    C programming skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Exposure to SCM tools such Rational ClearCase/ClearQuest etc, git/gerrit/cvs/svn.
    • ARM architecture.
    • JTAG based debug tools such as Lauterbach Trace32 is an added advantage.
    • Python scripting is desired
