    Summary:

    Performs project tasks including integrated planning and scheduling that meet identified requirements by application of, or in accordance with, accepted project management standards in the industry. Provides reports, project status and change information to project team per established processes and communicates plan changes and recovery plans to others. Uses negotiating skills by engaging with specific organizational and project task owners to improve project performance commitments. Responsible for the development and update of task specific, plans, deliverables and schedules.

    Essential Functions:

    Work with a ScrumMaster to assist in:

    “¢ Managing tasks and activities

    “¢ Updating metrics and reports

    “¢ Running daily scrum meetings

    “¢ Facilitating Sprint Planning and Program Increment Planning sessions

    Education/Experience:

    “¢ Actively enrolled in some form of accredited higher education. Includes programs provided by universities, vocational schools, community colleges, institutes of technology, or other organizations that awards academic degrees.

    “¢ Must complete at least one year within their institution of higher education and carry a 3.0 grade point average.

    Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

    “¢ Required:

    – Familiarity with software development lifecycle and related technologies

    – Good verbal and written communication skills

    – Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint

    “¢ Nice to Have:

    – Project Management or Scrum Master background

    – Understanding of Agile software development methodologies

    – Microsoft Visio

    – Task management tool – JIRA
