    This position in Pratt & Whitney’s Legal department will gain valuable experience working on important legal issues in a world class, dynamic legal services department. The successful candidate will work directly with attorneys throughout the legal department on a variety of matters which may include commercial and government contracting, litigation, compliance, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions and EH&S. Preferred applicants will have a strong interest in the study and application of the law, substantive knowledge of legal issues and some prior experience with a legal department or law firm.

    Start Date May/June August with possibility of part time extension

    Qualification: *Experience / Qualifications

    Ability to work independently. Excellent writing and oral communication skills required.

    Candidate should have exceptional skills in Word and PowerPoint. This position is located in East Hartford, Connecticut.
    Education: *Education / Certifications

    Candidate should be pursuing a Juris Doctor. Minimum GPA of 3.0 required.
