    Essential Functions

    Assist Facilities staff in the ongoing maintenance of District facilities and grounds, including lawn mowing, landscaping and furniture moves.

    Occasionally assist Fleet staff in performing labor intensive tasks such as shop cleaning, vehicle cleaning, parts delivery assistance, inventory stocking and general assistance to Fleet Technicians.

    Provide apprentice-level assistance to Facilities staff on more complex plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or carpentry jobs.

    Successful candidate must

    • Be at least part-time current enrollment in an accredited college, university, or other recognized educational or vocational program
    • Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 for undergraduate students or minimum GPA of 3.0 for graduate students
    • Provide a copy of Official school transcript within 30 days of employment
    • Upload Unofficial Transcript to application or profile
