    Our healthcare company is seeking an intern to work closely with Sales leadership to assist in day to day functions of our Patient Relations department. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

    Job Functions and Responsibilities:
    • Support the Vice President of Patient Relations and other leadership with ad-hoc requests, preparing documents, updating dashboards, reports, Power Point presentations and Outlook scheduling.
    • Assist the training department with any onboarding needs for new hires.
    • Create and complete ways of employee recognition for the sales team. (Patient Surveys, Top Performers, Stack Ratings)
    • Assist in booking patients hotels and car services.
    • Mail out ad hoc new patient packets and guidebooks.
    Required Qualifications:
    • High school diploma/GED required
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
