    Principal will host over 200 interns across various business units and teams.     Responsibilities

    Each intern opportunity will differ based on the business needs and the nature of the business area. Generally interns will be exposed to or be responsible for:

    • Preparing internal or external financial reports, and/or tax returns
    • Participating in the monthly/quarterly financial statement close processes
    • Testing and documentation of internal controls over financial reporting as part of the organization’s SOX compliance
    • Variance and trend analysis
    • Assistance in preparation of quarterly forecasts
    • Assistance with projects as needed

    All applicants must be available to work full time (40 hours per week) from January – August 2019.

    Qualifications

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Double major in Accounting and Finance or IT related degree (MIS, Computer Science, etc”�)
    • 3.0 Cumulative GPA or above
    • Ideal applicants will have exposure to accounting concepts through intermediate level class work, student organization involvement or internship/employment experiences
    • Advanced Excel Skills
    • Leadership positions or initiative within student organizations or in the community
