  • The JASP GTM Operations Program Management Intern is a critical and key position in the OPS organization and one that allows a successful candidate the opportunity to exercise broad influence across the enterprise solution business.

    Manage key cross-functional and organization programs that have impact on ability to deliver, sell and ensure operational enablement of solutions

    End to End solution enablement (CPL)

    Training program development and training delivery best practices

    SaaS and eDelivery improvement

    Host communication systems for JASP information

    Process improvements to make the program more effective and efficient

    a. Identify and lead on continuous process improvements across JASP, MPS and OPS for the success of solutions in the Enterprise and Channel.

    Work closely with the Go To Market lead, Region and Business teams in prioritizing the most important items and delivering a measureable improvement

    3)Program manage new initiatives and system processes including elements of OEM program

    · Work closely with Portfolio lead on new/upcoming business projects

    · Help program manage key go to market initiatives working with the Go To Market Lead

    4)Analytic Management & Support

    · Providing thought leadership on Analytics, driving Information insights to action

    · Work closely and lead Contractors on driving broader knowledge of JASP and OPS business

    Key Responsibilities

    · Manage cross-functional trade-offs, insuring that cross-functional partners are included in decision processes (manage local optimization versus system perspective)

    · Program Management leadership within JASP as well as overall MPS and OPS program management community

    · Data & Information Analytics

    · Communicate JASP business program information

    o Across organizations (OPS, MPS, JASP) as appropriate

    o Comprehensive view in an easy to digest format for all of TSP, upper management and across organizations. Appropriate details should be included (i.e. Dashboard)

    · Define and propose specific program activities to improve solution development processes, accelerate solutions deployment, and enhance customer satisfaction.

    Education and Experience Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or technical discipline, Masters degree desired – Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Engineering preferred

    Knowledge and Skills Required:

    • Leadership skills required to succeed in a fast moving, matrix environment (including R&D, marketing, finance, business planning)

    · Project management fundamentals, effective communication, collaboration and presentation skills

    · Strong ability to manage and influence others (both within and outside your own direct work-group)

    · Proven ability to think and act strategically

    · Confidence & Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines

    · Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives.
