    SUMMARY
    Client Services Intern supports Client Services team members in the planning and execution of Client projects. Client Services Intern supports the day-to-day workflow of a project(s) and provides high-quality work within established timeframes.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Research venues, entertainment, speakers, engagement activities, and vendors.
      • Provide options and recommendations (include images, headshots, site links as needed).
      • Outline pricing and/or solicit quotes, inclusive of integral information for the program (e.g. capacities, hold, etc.).
      • Input research information into presentation decks or required format.
    • Assist in the creation or updating of project milestone documents and/or timelines.
    • Support the development of presentation decks as directed by the Client Services Lead.
    • Conduct image sourcing for various concept and presentation needs.
    • Take comprehensive notes in meetings, brainstorm sessions, and conference calls to accurately record ideas, discussion details and next steps.
    • Create project status reports or other project-related documents as directed.
    • Format and proofread presentations, written communications, creative elements and other project-related content pieces as directed.
    • Develop and make copies of necessary documents for meetings, conference calls and site visits including but not limited to agendas and briefing books.
    • Schedule meetings, conference calls, and site visits as directed.
    • Work with Client Services lead to produce client and/or internal meetings including F&B management, sourcing of meeting materials, and room set-up and tear-down.
    • Provide on-site/at event assistance as needed.
    • Track engagement data/results, pictures, and quotes from program executions.
    • Research industry-related content including but not limited to events/experiential programs, technologies, and trends. Bring innovations, ideas, and learnings to the attention of Client Services team members.
    • Work with Department head on Client Services team-related projects and/or needs from time to time.
    • All other duties as reasonably assigned from time to time.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Working toward a Bachelor’s degree or higher; Marketing, Business, Communications, or another related field a plus.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
    • Proactive work ethic.
    • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
    • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote.
    • Ability to work at agencyEA’s River North office Monday ““ Friday.
