    • Transition old paper files to electronic donor records

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Synthesize and identify key donor communications in existing paper files for electronic upload to the respective donors electronic record.
    • Alert the development staff to key files identified and outstanding items that may need immediate attention.
    • Understand the classifications for various communications to ensure proper electronic coding and classification.

    Qualifications and Required Skills:

    • Proficient computer skills
    • Proficient reading and communication skills
    • Basic understanding of various donor communication types
    • Strict adherence to confidentiality standards
    • Responsive to direction and coaching
    • Strong work ethic
    • Positive attitude
