    Job Summary:
    The Operations Coordinator is a position in the Professional Services (PS) organization responsible for contributing to the PS business processes through the oversight of best practice operational processes. Such responsibilities include several aspects of the services sales process, service scheduling, assets management and PO processing to ensure optimal revenue and margin performance. The Operations Coordinator owns business operations activities and help improving operational efficiency within CyberArk Professional Services through providing consistent scalable policies, procedures, processes, business controls and management reporting. The Operations Manager reports to the head of the operations team.

    Professional Services Sales

    • Education and training to the sales organization on order processing and service delivery
    • Report on SLAs and other metrics associated with sales services process and PO processing.

    Operations

    • Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the department’s mission.
    • Analyze reporting and improve processes to ensure the PS team meets customer experience metrics and optimizes revenue and margin.
    • Revenue collections and controls for the PS business with support from Finance organization.
    • Support PS management reporting, information flow and management.
    • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of PS through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
    • Contribute to long-term planning of PS organization.
    • Own PS Administration in Salesforce, inclusive of reporting, assets, time entry compliance and project scheduling.
    • Train new PS hires on operational processes.
    • Interface and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain communication among business groups.

    Implementation Resource Management

    • Responsible for resource planning and scheduling in coordination with the implementation management and consulting teams.
    • Oversee scheduling sales-to-services hand offs and customer kick offs calls or meetings

    Partners Relations

    • Responsible for daily communication with the partners in charge of cyberark software implementation to customers including reporting to salesforce and payments approval.
    • Responsible for completion and effectiveness of the partners’ training course.
    • Responsible for partners’ engineers scheduling to the relevant customers.

    Job Qualifications:

    • Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree
    • High proficiency in Excel and pivot tables
    • Experience with Microsoft Office
    • Understanding of project management principles
    • Proven ability to work well cross-functionally
    • Highly organized, responsive and energetic
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Knowledge of Salesforce product a plus
