    Job Summary
    We are hiring for a Finance Intern to join our team for the summer. Our finance team has responsibility for maintaining the books and records for a number of different business lines, from Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and New Markets Tax Credit NMTC) equity funds, to asset management and solutions. They also manage the payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes, and prepare and coordinate and financial reporting for management, investors and the board.

    We have 2 paid internships available

    Job Responsibilities
    The Finance Intern will assist the members of the Finance team in performing the various functions of the team, and in meeting the goals of the department. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, effective member of the finance team. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and computer skills.
    Qualifications
    “¢Completed at least 3 (three) years at an accredited 4 (four) year college or university

    “¢Interest in finance and/or accounting

    “¢Strong oral and written communication skills.

    “¢Self-motivation; ability to work both independently and as a team player.

    “¢Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
