    Statistician Interns at Ecolab work in our Research, Development and Engineering facility, based in Eagan, MN.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop statistical training materials incorporating available statistical analysis software
    • Employ sound statistical methods to Ecolab case study examples to support training materials
    • Develop positive consulting relationships within Research, Development and Engineering
    • Participate on teams or other internship projects seeking to commercialize new products or improve key processes
    • Present recommendations and results in a logical and understandable manner both verbally and in writing

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Pursuit of a Bachelors degree in Statistics (juniors highly preferred)
    • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States now, and anytime in the future, without sponsorship
    • Proficient in MS Word and Excel, Minitab and Design Expert

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated project leadership skills
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to work both independently and as a team member
    • Sound academic training
    • Experience or training on Lean Six Sigma concepts
    • Experience with Power BI and R
