        Job Overview

        TE Connectivity’s internship program is designed to provide interns with real world experience to enhance classroom knowledge. Uniquely crafted assignments and meaningful projects provide interns with a challenging 10 ““ 12 week experience. Interns will gain exposure to senior leadership and be given professional development opportunities. At the end of the summer, interns will be provided the opportunity to pursue full-time placement within TE Connectivity.

        Responsibilities & Qualifications

        Responsibilities:

        • Document Autonomous Maintenance activities to ensure proper operation
        • Identify the largest energy users and ensure they are tracked
        • Identify Energy Savings projects and calculate payback

          Qualifications:

          The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented sophomore or junior currently working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and who meets the following qualifications:

        • A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
        • Basic knowledge of HVAC pumps and motors
        • Experience with AutoCAD; knowledge of JCI-Metasys software a plus
        • Comfort dealing with ambiguity and ability to manage multiple projects
        • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
