    Essential Job Duties

    This temporary position is needed through the academic year, 10-11 month assignment. There will be a two week time frame in December-January with no scheduled work due semester break.

    – Evaluate Recipes for healthfulness
    – Train cooks and Chefs in healthier cooking techniques.
    – Assist dietitian in her duties

    Other Work/Responsibilities
    Minimum Experience/Education

    – Bachelors in Nutrition
    – Currently enrolled in a dietetic internship

    Departmental Required Skills

    -Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, peers,and customers.
    – Provide exemplary customer service to every guest.
    – Basic culinary skills
    – Technical skills including excel and Microsoft word.
    – ability to train other professional in the area of nutrition.
