  • We are an EHR and practice management software company looking for an Associate Quality Assurance Engineer Intern to join our growing business. This position requires exceptional drive and forward-thinking, a high level of collaboration and multitasking capabilities, and the flexibility to grow with additional responsibilities and respond quickly to changing priorities.Job Duties:

    • Develop, document, and execute both automated and manual test cases based on software user stories and requirements.
  • Work effectively in both cloud-based and on-premise software application environments.
    • Record and document test results and expected results within the test case management system.
  • Document anomalies and issues, escalate issues to Development team as necessary.
    • Participate in scrum team meetings. (Daily standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, etc.)
  • Ensure high data integrity standards are met.
    • Identify and communicate risk identified with system(s) or processes.
  • Uncover potential issues that a user might encounter when running the software, assist in developing solutions for the issues before the software is released.
    • Ensure solutions are aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization’s standards.
  • Able to move between priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver high quality results.
  • Qualifications:

    • Problem solving skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to quality and customer service.
    • Familiarity with scripting languages to be used in the development, execution, and maintenance of automated test scripts.
  • Strong work ethic, expressed through the willingness and ability to acquire new skills, multitask, and take on projects outside immediate areas of expertise.
    • Strong initiative, able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret test results and diagnose defect-related issues.
    • Maintain high standards of professionalism.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
