    About the Position:

    As an intern, you will gain exposure to a wide range of opportunities. You will also acquire critical insight into our company and our industry, as well as have the chance to develop valuable networking connections, which will help prepare and develop your skills for future career opportunities.

    Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

    • Maintain tools, including the data warehouse for tracking projects, deliverables, and resource needs as well
      as reporting processes and templates.
    • Perform quality checks of incoming data from project teams to ensure the data warehouse is accurate
      and up-to-date.
    • Collect, consolidate, and analyze updates from PMO work stream leads and create status decks to
      communicate progress, issues, and changes.
    • Assist in creating presentations for senior executives including the Steering and Audit Committees.
    • Create and update Microsoft Excel spreadsheets capturing accounting and reporting data.
    • Schedule meetings, make copies, order office supplies, and perform other clerical responsibilities.
    Qualifications

    Knowledge and Experience Required:

    Students will be considered who meet all of the following criteria:
    • Must be pursuing a Bachelors degree in a business-related field; Accounting, Finance, Economics,or Information Systems is preferred.
    • Basic understanding of accounting, business, and finance principles.
    • 3.0 Cumulative GPA for Undergraduate Student.
    • 3.2 Cumulative GPA for Graduate Student.
    • Strong organization and communication skills a plus.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

    Additional requirements:

    • Accumulated 18 or more credits.
    • Valid transcript is required at the time of hire and every semester thereafter during employment.
    • Must maintain a 3.0 GPA in their undergraduate and a 3.2 GPA in their graduate program.
    • Year around interns can work no more than 20 hours a week during the school year.
    • Are at least 18 years of age.
    • Authorized to work in the United States for the entire duration of the internship assignment.
