  • Fortress Investment Group is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support a busy Recruiting team. This long-term project is expected to last at least 10 months. The ideal candidate will be available to begin as soon as possible and will work three (3) full days a week, ideally Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

    The Human Resources Intern will support the Global Talent Acquisition team.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Printing and scanning resumes for hiring managers- Updating candidates statuses in applicant tracking system (Avature)- Printing and scanning all new hire documents and maintaining new hire folders- Uploading all new hire documents to the HR system (Workday)- Completing other duties and/or projects as assigned

      Requirements:

    • Recent undergraduate degree or actively enrolled in an accredited university as a Junior or Senior- Office related internship experience- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail- Demonstrated success handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment- Outstanding verbal and written communication- A high level of confidentiality and professionalism- The ability to work independently and superior time management skills
