    DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

    The Market’s division within Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking (SGCIB)

    More specifically you will join the Foreign Exchange (FX) and Interest Rate Derivatives Group in New York. This team is focused on advising SG’s corporate clients on their FX and Interest Rate hedging policies.

    MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

    Day to day responsibilities include but not limited to:
    Assist senior sales personnel in marketing interest rate or FX hedging solutions related to debt capital markets, acquisition finance, structured finance or earnings generation.

    Analysis of the financial and industrial strategy of SG’s corporate clients

    • Studying the interest rates and FX risks impacts
    • Suggesting hedging solutions
    • Preparing pitches for clients meetings
    • Pricing / structuring of interest rates and FX derivatives products
    • Building Excel spreadsheets extracting market parameters from various databases (Bloomberg etc.)
    • Monitoring pipeline and reporting for the team
