    Morgan Stanley is offering a paid internship opportunity for a business school graduate student interested in finance, banking or risk management. The internship resides in Morgan Stanley Bank’s Operational Risk function focusing on risk and controls for the first line of defense. Internship

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the annual risk and control self-assessment
    • Provide support on various projects across different operational risk deliverables
    • Prepare materials for meetings and assist with meeting administration

    Candidates should have the following skills:

    • Knowledge in finance, banking or risk management
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence and interact with senior members of the firm
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, deal with ambiguity and solve tactical and strategic challenges
    • Strong excel and PowerPoint
    • Full time student that does not require visa (not graduated)

    Eligibility:

    • Enrolled in a graduate business school program and eligible to work in the United States
    • Hours: 24-40 hours/week for the summer and throughout the school year
    • Start date: ASAP
    • Location: Midtown New York City
