  • Swell bottle is looking for a Project Management Intern to join our PMO team for Summer 2018. The selected candidate will be an organized, motivated, team-player with aspiration to work in a growing company. The Project Manager Intern will assist the Project Manager and act as the liaison between the IT, Ecommerce, Finance, and Design teams.

    What youll do:

    • Partner with Finance and Ecommerce teams to review/analyze performance of personalization on Swell website
    • Create timeline of all deliverables
    • Work with IT, Ecommerce, and Design teams to accomplish all project deliverables
    • Support each Project Manager to edit/add/remove projects

    What you’ll have:

    • Passion for the Swell brand
    • Relevant coursework or prior internship experience required
    • Experience with Ecommerce business a plus
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Organization skills with a keen attention to detail
    • An ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with capacity to multi-task
    • A “team player” mentality with a positive attitude
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

    What you should know about the Swell Internship Program:

    • The 2018 Summer Internship runs 10 weeks total from June 4th through August 10th
    • Interns must be able to work Monday through Friday 10am to 5pm (1 hour will be designated for lunch)
    • Interns should be students enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program
    • Juniors, Seniors, and Graduate Students will have first consideration
    • Swells headquarters is in the Flatiron neighborhood of New York City; all Interns should have transportation and/or housing in or around the NYC area
    • This is a paid Internship and therefore credit is not required, however credit can be given when necessary
    • All Interns must have proper authorization to work in the United States
    • In addition to the above responsibilities, all Interns will be given the opportunity to use the skills theyve learned throughout the Summer to put together a presentation on a topic of their supervisors choosing. The topics will focus on ways to improve processes, products, designs, and territories at Swell
