    Responsibilities:

    • Post new positions on various websites including Monster.com, Career Builder.com, Indeed.com
    • Coordinate candidate interviews
    • Submit background checks for processing
    • Help facilitate Open Enrollment
    • Prepare all new hire paperwork
    • Create new personnel files
    • Coordinate various ongoing team meetings
    • Research & coordinate staff training
    • Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office

    Education:

    • Working towards an Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong time management, organization, and project skills
    • Detail oriented
    • Strong interpersonal skills / able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people
    • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
    • Human Resource Management background, highly desired
