    Lighthouse Youth & Family Services is accepting applications for STUDENT INTERNS!!!

    We are excited for another opportunity to host student interns for the 2018-2019 upcoming academic year. Each year we are eager to allow students to work alongside of us as we carry out our mission to advance the well-being and dignity of children, youth and families in need. We are seeking high-energy interns to join our growing and enthusiastic team. Through our internship program you will gain exposure to the field of social work and human services as well as an opportunity to gain real-life work experience in a non-profit, mission-based organization.     REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must already have a high school diploma or equivalent and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
    • Must be enrolled in a degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university. Interns must be pursuing a degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Mental Health Counseling, Human Services or related social service field.
    • Team player, good cultural awareness.
    • Enjoys challenge, change and a fast-paced environment
    • Good personal characteristics integrity, self-motivation, drive and independence.
