    Job Summary

    CenturyLink’s 10-week summer internship is designed to instruct, enhance and measure a candidate’s ability in providing customer service for the Television broadcast industry. Candidates will be required to directly interface with customers facilitating new orders for live broadcast services. In conjunction the candidate will be required to project manage service reporting and event services. The candidates will be instructed on order placement processes as well as the Vyvx product portfolio. The work provided as part of this opportunity is expected to advance the learning and effectiveness of project management and customer service.

    Job Description

    • Answers customer phone calls, contact vendors and places fiber and satellite bookings in a timely manner.
    • Coordinators are subjected to a 24/7 operating center for Service Delivery.
    • Project manages special events.
    • Reconfirms satellite and fiber bookings for broadcast services.
    • Understands and explains all company Vyvx product offerings in detail to customers.
    • Deliver world class professional service, putting clients’ needs as priority.
    • Collaborate and work as team with co-workers, other departments, vendors, and customers.

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Project Management Skills
    • Study in Business and Business Management
    • Currently enrolled at a 4-year accredited College or University
    • 3.0 or above cumulative GPA

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Customer Service Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Applications
