    As a  Talent Acquisition (TA) intern, you will contribute to TA project-based deliverables. You will interact with Human Resource professionals who will guide and support you as you enhance your skills while gaining relevant experience. This internship will give you exposure to all aspects of the recruiting lifecycle process with a concentrated focus on the front-end candidate generation aspect.

     

    Your primary responsibilities will be to coordinate  the Summer Internship Program with CDK’s Campus Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for supporting the internship program in Portland for a group of 30+  interns, creating team-building events, managing focus groups and assisting with the coordination of the intern program in 5 additional cities.  The most important thing to us is that you have a  passion  for people, the  desire  to build great interpersonal relationships and the  drive  to learn.

    Requirements:

    “¢ Must be a matriculated college student, GPA of 3.0 higher preferred

    “¢ Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field

    “¢ Have an anticipated graduation date between 2019-2020

    “¢ Excellent communication (verbal, written and reporting) skills

    “¢ Strong leadership, project management, and time management

    “¢ Enjoys problem solving, utilizing multiple resources

    “¢ Able to demonstrate superb attention to detail

    “¢ Works well in a collaborative environment

    “¢ Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,)

    “¢ Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
