    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to work at our corporate office located in Berwyn, PA. This will be a paid internship working 20-25 hours per week with flexibility around school schedules. This is a great opportunity to get hands on experience with coaching and mentoring.

    Responsibilities

    • Actively engage in recruitment efforts including job postings, resume sourcing, prescreening, and scheduling interviews
    • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
    • Assist with implementing integrated HR plans to support business strategy
    • Respond to inquiries from employees and business partners regarding HR policies, regulations, and procedures
    • Review benefits eligibility, program offerings, job classifications, compensation and leave of absence requests
    • Maintain HR data
    • Perform special projects and other duties as required

    Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Dynamics/Development.
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Experience in a professional office environment performing standard tasks
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Proficiency using MS Office applications
    • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
