  • The primary responsibility of the Account Management Intern is to support the account management team. This role includes daily administrative responsibilities, research and analysis, supporting the team goals by generating activity reports, to provide additional account management support.

    The Account Management Intern reports directly to a Sr. Account Manager, but may also be assigned tasks by other members of the account management team.

    Essential Functions

    • Assist the Director of Client Services to facilitate and manage internal marketing initiatives
    • Monitor and report on specific metrics of client activity for account managers
    • Creation of PowerPoint presentations, both for internal and external presentations.
    • Support and coordinate client activity and correspondence for senior level account managers, as needed

    Preferred Proficiencies

    • Self-Starter
    • Goal oriented
    • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Solid time management and prioritization skills
    • Adaptable and flexible

    Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills;
    • Experience using MS Office software and Internet research tools
