  • This will be a full time summer position based out of our Lititz, PA headquarters, the Human Resources Intern will work closely with Listrak’s Human Resources team gaining hands on knowledge & experience in the areas of HR Policy administration, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Strategic Planning, and more.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with maintenance and entry of all information into the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
    • Assist in writing, revising, editing, and proofreading company policies and procedures and related documents as needed
    • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
    • Assist the Recruiting function with interview coordination and other stages of the hiring cycle
    • Provide general day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources function on various other critical items as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development or equivalent.
    • Prior Human Resources related work/internship experience is a plus, but not required
    • A genuine interest in learning about and gaining hands on experience in all areas of Human Resources (Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Organization Planning, and more)
    • Strong interpersonal skills both oral and written.
    • Ability to learn new processes and concepts quickly with a desire to work in a fast paced environment
    • Must be available to work full time (Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm) from May through August 2018
