  • Responsibilities: 1. Work closely with the Marketing Communications Manager and team to assist in the implementation of marketing activities designed to gain customer engagement, build brand awareness, and achieve revenue objectives in relevant markets.

    • Assist marketing team by providing support for the key marketing tasks including:

    Support in communications initiatives, both internally and externally.
    Update and maintain sales and marketing promotional calendars.
    Execute project management tasks related to campaign and marketing asset development including liaising with other key departments such as Creative Services, Sales, Exhibits, etc..

    • Maintain files and history for collateral and other marketing projects.

    Education/Experience

    Junior/Senior year only. Marketing or a related major is preferred

    Possess a sound understanding of marketing principles and sales tactics.
    Candidate must be a detail-oriented, confident self-starter with effective project management skills and the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety variables.
    Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
    Read and interpret general business periodicals, professional trade journals, technical procedures
    Candidate must have strong skills in Microsoft Office applications including:
    PowerPoint.
    Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
    Working knowledge of the follow applications would be preferred:
    Adobe Acrobat Pro/Photoshop
    Social Media platforms and management systems
    CRM systems
    WordPress
    Available to work in our Philadelphia office up to 35 hours per week
