    • Position Title: Critical Customer Engagements Associate
    • Location: Pittsburgh, PA

    Purpose and objective of position:

    This role is within the Customer Escalations team, which manages the escalation requests from our key customers in SAP Ariba. This role is intended to interact with all the Global Customer Escalation Managers and the Program Team to assist with reporting on metrics, establishing processes, developing templates and with customer facing meetings and issue escalation.

    Our team is global in nature and works longer hours to support customers in escalation with any critical activities. The team collaborates remotely with other teams within Ariba

      • Reporting ““ Executive Visibility to make the business case for the needs of the team and to track root cause of escalations for resolution
      • Developing process and guard rails ““ Leading to consistent delivery of customer escalation management practices across the teams
      • Customer Interaction ““ Learning to work in high-stress/demand environments and manage expectations

    Who you are:

    We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

    The ideal candidate must have good communication skills, good organization skills and be self-driven. They must be able to meet commitments on deliverables assigned and have an interest in technology to further understand the SAP Ariba products. As the position may include customer-facing assignments, the individual must be able to present themselves in a professional manner

    Qualifications:

    • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program studying Business or Technology
    • Project Management, Process Mapping experience preferred
    • Desired skills/experience to be successful in this role are JIRA, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Smartsheets
