    Position Overview:

    The HR Intern will provide quality HR administrative support to the Human Resources team while helping with the launch of our new HRIS system. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to learn more about Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources Information System Integration.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist Elite’s Human Resources team with daily operations, administrative tasks, and internal customer service
    • Provide assistance for implementation of new HRIS system and new expense tracking software
    • Stay abreast of the latest developments in the HR field and notify team members accordingly
    • Assist with documentation and organization of personnel records
    • Track the progress, deadlines, and priorities of the HRIS project
    • Additional duties, as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Strong computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills
    • Must be a strategic thinker who can help identify problems and assist where needed
    • Capacity to follow instructions, use independent judgement, prioritize, and complete tasks with minimal supervision
    • Applicants must have the ability to maintain information with the highest level of confidentiality
    • Applicants must be enrolled at an accredited university in a Human Resources, Business Management, or Psychology program
