    Global Logistics Intern will gain exposure to a dynamic business environment where the student will be able to apply classroom skills to real life business situations. The overall experience will increase the students’ knowledge of the global supply chain of a consumer product.
    Primary Responsibilities:
    % of time: 40%
    Project Work
    “¢Assists members of Global Logistics Department with various projects, gaining exposure to the broad environment of logistics, while supporting team members in their designated roles.
    “¢Document and flowchart Global Logistics procedures including vendor projects, inventory, export compliance standards and global transportation process flows to increase supply chain efficiencies.
    % of time: 60%
    Daily Operations and Tasks
    “¢Track shipments, identify and troubleshoot logistics problems in-transit
    “¢Assists with carrier rates, spot quotes and freight charges
    “¢Investigate domestic truckload exception reports
    “¢Communicate actively with transportation carriers
    “¢Research chargebacks resulting from customer compliance failures
    “¢Research carrier claims
    “¢Actively research and identify ways to ensure compliance with Customs regulations
    “¢Classify Hasbro items under the U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule
    “¢Conduct quarterly Importer Self-Assessment testing as part of U.S. Customs ISA Program
    “¢Issue Certificates of Origin for Hasbro Global Markets to establish eligibility for Free Trade Agreements.
    Knowledge/Skills:
    “¢Analytics ““ Read reports to determine impact to Hasbro and communicate to Logistics Team.
    “¢Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
    “¢Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Knowledge and Skills:
