  • Position summary

    We are looking for energetic and creative interns who are interested in technology and process improvement. During your internship you will work on a variety of process improvement projects. You will enhance your skills in project management and application development. You will also work with a diverse group of professionals to investigate business processes and develop creative solutions using technology.
    Work you’ll do
    As an intern in the Innovative Process Solutions team you will play a critical role in all aspects of a project including planning, development and rollout. You will have the opportunity to be involved in brainstorming sessions with end users, assist with developing requirements, and writing code. After the project is over, you will assist with documenting the application so that users can easily find answers to their questions.

    Our Innovative Process Solutions team aims to deliver quality applications that have an everyday impact on their users. Our team members aim to create a learning environment and work to create a collaborative team where members can grow and consistently strive for new opportunities.
    Qualifications
    Required
    • Candidate for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting and/or management information systems
    • Shows attention to detail transcending a range of needs from requirements to design
    • Ability to quickly understand business and learn new skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment
    • Demonstrated leadership and strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage ambiguity
    • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, etc)
    • Strong academic track record (preferred minimum 3.4 GPA)
