    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Corporate Marketing develops and implements marketing and sales strategies to obtain corporate funding/underwriting. This internship would undertake this work on behalf of WETA’s local and national corporate sponsorships efforts. Interns will assist in the creation of marketing decks and sheets and will learn how to conduct market research using a variety of platforms including Nielsen Media Research, Nielsen Audio, MRI, Kantar Media and Radio Research Consortium. Additionally, interns will assist in scanning current market environments through online research, qualitative and quantitative analysis.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Preferred major in Social Science.
    • Possess graphic design or visual communication skills with a background in statistics or research.
    • Must have strong familiarity with PowerPoint and Excel.
    • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and SalesForce a plus.
    EDUCATION

    To be eligible, interns must be currently enrolled in a college or university or have graduated within 12 months from the beginning of the internship. Interns may receive academic credit for their internship if approved and arranged by their educational institution.
