    Food and beverage services on the mountain take pride in their ability to reach both vacationers looking for a great fine dining experience and those just seeking a bar stool with a view. Working at Massanutten gives you the best of both, allowing you to learn more about resort food service operations and how to tailor food offerings to the season and the clientele.

    Primary Role: Host/Hostess, Server, Busser, Food Runner, Bar Back, Cook, or Counter Help

    Massanutten Internship Program Overview

    We provide an enriched learning environment in the workplace that goes beyond standard employment. We worked with JMU’s Hart School to develop a competitive internship program including: networking opportunities, training, and management shadowing.

    In addition we also provide 13 structured presentations hosted by high-level management personnel which allow our interns to learn about all levels of resort operations. These presentations are an opportunity to interact and network with professionals in the hospitality field.

    Applicants must be available to work days, nights, weekends, & holidays (30-40+hours per week):

    • May 21st ““ August 19th (required)
    • May 7th ““ September 9th (preferred)

    Successful applicants will develop a presentation about their experience with the program to be delivered at an internship wrap-up event in late August.
