    EatStreet is currently searching for a solution-oriented Fraud Analyst who will be responsible for managing the company’s prevention software and mitigating corrupt activity. You will monitor site activity and actively make decisions regarding suspicious activity.

    You’ll work 10-15 hours per week at our office near the Capitol Square and several bus routes. This is a spring internship and the position pays $11.00 per hour.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Managing chargebacks and refunds
    • Reviewing orders placed on the site and flagging risky users
    • Evaluating customer information and comparing to the overall user network
    • Analyzing trends in customer behavior to identify potential fraud

    • Go-getter mentality and the drive to work with your team to meet service level demands each shift
